Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
